Liverpool host Everton at Anfield in the early kick-off on Saturday. Liverpool are currently unbeaten at home in 2023/2024 Premier League. Everton went into to the International break with a home win against Bournemouth. Everton will go to Anfield to play on the counter attack and defend deep. It looks like Andy Robinson will be out for a while and he is a huge blow for Liverpool. Score prediction 2-1
Manchester City take on Brighton & Hove Albion. Man City will be looking to bounce back with a win after losing to Arsenal. Man City were very disappointing against Arsenal especially in not creating opportunities for Erling Haaland. Brighton are capable of winning away from home as they won against Manchester United at Old Trafford. Brighton never give up and this was most noticeable when they came from behind to achieve a draw against Liverpool. Score prediction 1-2
Newcastle host Crystal Palace at St James Park. Newcastle drew their last Premier League game against West Ham but won against PSG in the Champions League. Crystal Palace will make it difficult for Newcastle especially with defending deep. The highlight of Palace’s away form this season was a win at Old Trafford against Man United. If Newcastle are looking to have another successful season these are the games that they need to win at home. Score prediction 1-0
AFC Bournemouth welcome Wolverhampton Wanders to the Vitality Stadium. Wolves manager Gary O’ Neill takes on his old side and it was surprising that Bournemouth got rid of him after keeping them up last season. Wolves have been impressive under O’ Neill especially with beating Man City at home and a win against Everton at Goodison Park. Bournemouth have yet to win a home game this season and this is a tough game to break their winless duck. Score prediction 0-2
Brentford take on Burnley at three o clock on Saturday. Burnley were well beaten in their last game against Chelsea but managed to achieve a win away against Luton Town. Brentford have struggled without main striker Ivan Toney but were unlucky not to win their last game against Man United. This is potentially a good opportunity to achieve a result against Brentford. The final game at 3pm is Nottingham Forest versus Luton Town. Steve Cooper has done a impressive job with Forest as they are currently 13th in the table. Luton have found Premier League life tough as they are currently 17th in the table. Luton will take inspiration from their away against Everton earlier in the season. Score prediction 1-2
At half five it’s the meeting between Chelsea and Arsenal. Mikel Arteta has made Arsenal are stronger team as they are winning games now which they didn’t use to win especially away from home. Arsenal got a fantastic win against Man City at the Emirates but the unfortunate thing is they had to wait two weeks for their next Premier League game. Chelsea have won their last two games all be it against Burnley and Fulham. These are the games that Arsenal need to win if they have ambitions of winning the title this season. Score prediction 1-3
Sheffield United take on Manchester United at 8pm on Saturday evening. The unfortunate thing about this game that it’s the same time as the Rugby World Cup semi-final. Man United were extremely lucky to win their last Premier League game thanks to two late goals from Scott McTominay. Casemiro has been terrible this season and McTominay deserves a start against Sheffield United. It’s a couple of massive weeks for Man United with playing Man City next week and their Champions League dream at stake. Sheffield suffered a massive defeat against Newcastle but the home crowd will get behind their team and make it difficult for Erik Ten Hag’s men. Score prediction 1-2
