My lowest score in a round of golf

One of my proudest moments playing golf. I never thought that myself could potentially shoot a score like this. This happened in Elmgreen golf club which is my second home ha. It happened in September 2018 which was 2 years ago now. Sometimes when I’ve play the head takes over and I get annoyed with myself. That’s why I either don’t play well or score well. On that day it was different because I was very calm with myself. I was in the zone that day which is hard to get into. All professional sport stars especially golfers do this when they play well. On this day I was so relaxed and I didn’t put any pressure on myself. Sometimes I count my score in my head while I’m playing. This time I didn’t and I was playing well. After 9 holes my dad tells me what I got on front 9. When he told me I said to myself oh I’m playing well today. On the back 9 all the shots were coming off. I was taking on some risky shots because how confident I felt swinging my clubs. While I was playing everything clicked meaning I’ve hit all my clubs well in the round on that day. Which is hard to do been an amateur. I didn’t miss a shot on the day it was one of the seldom times where I had a great score. I actually felt like a golfer when the round was over. I shoot an 82 gross on the day. I was chuffed with that score. It would be great if potentially that score could be beaten in the future. To shoot a round like that with a visual impairment means that there is hope for everyone. Keep positive and never give up.

The score that I finished up was 82 strokes which was only 10 over for the round I even celebrated with a liquid lunch when it was over in the clubhouse the 19th hole the best hole on the course ha I was chuffed with myself it would be great in the future if I was to beat it that is the goal and you never know what can happen funny things happen in golf
